Anyway, I later realised that the way I rubbed in the butter was wrong. Ended up the crust was chao-tar but the filling was not too bad!
So, in order not to repeat the same mistake, I made some reseach before I made the pineapple tarts today, also using the rub-in method. Outcome? See the next posts...hee..
