Took MC yesterday because my lower arms were aching like crazy when I woke up in the morning. The pain went away in the afternoon after I applied counterpain. However the pain came back at night. Woke up in the middle of the night to apply counterpain but it simply won't go away. No choice got to take 2 panadols at 4.30am before I could have a good nights sleep.
Hopefully tonight my sleep won't be disturbed....
