I want to start to know more about cars. I must admit that I have ZERO knowledge at this point. I am starting out by observing the cars on the road....getting acquainted with the models; not yet on which make is good or bad, or on the engines etc etc.
Honda Fit and Honda Jazz - I like the Fit better. Somehow it looks more sporty.
Mitsubishi Lancer (not the sportback though!!) - This is about the only sedan car that I can accept. I personally feel that the sportback looks ugly....
Mitsubishi Colt Sports - I love this car! It's just so cool!
Nissan Latio - Not too bad too..
Honda CR-V - If only they can build it a tinge more sporty...
Cooper - my all time favourite car!
I am still trying to figure out the MPVs, SPVs etc etc... Generally I like those elevated look. Makes the car look sporty :D

Are you planning on getting a car? With the economy in such bad shape, i'd suggest you look for fuel efficient ones.
For me, if i had a choice, it will be the BMW Cabriolet, or the Toyota Rav4 (the smaller version). I need a car with speed, though the speed limits in Singapore irritate the crap out of me.
Then again, i never have much say in whatever car i drive. Since it's fully sponsored by mum, right down to the petrol, frankly, i'll just drive whatever she buys (which are always boring cars).

And I havent gone to the stage of understading the fuel and engine aspects of cars yet....slowly slowly....
Frankly i know shit about cars. I only know i like speed. :)
