What do they feed on?!

I wonder what those masseuses at subtle senses feed on! They are really STRONG! I could still 忍 and make myself feel better by squirming my face when lying face down as the masseuse would not be able to see my facial expression. However, when I had to lie face up, 哇 really cannot tahan! Since cannot make monkey faces, I had to dig my nails into the sides of the bed, else I would have 一脚 kicked the masseuse out of the room!

I actually wanted a body scrub and a body masque but my package comes with (1) body scrub+body spa massage, (2) body masque+body spa massage, (3) face spa or (4) body spa treatment. So if I take body scrub+body masque I would be short-changing myself!

So I opted for the milky infusion aroma scrub and cellulite therapy body spa massage. The milky scrub was nice! Can smell the nice aroma of milk! But the massage was painful lor! Especially on the back thigh near the butt area and the area around my right shoulder blade. I wonder why she kept targetting the right shoulder area. Must be got a clot there since I had been getting headaches on the right side of the head.

Maybe next time I shall try the swedish, aromatherapy, balinese jamu or shiatsu spa massage+a body scrub/body masque.

This was what got into the tummy, when I am too lazy and unmotivated to cook/buy/eat other things...

Breakfast:
- 6 small butter cookies from hubby's aunt
- a can of coke

Lunch:
- 3 mini packet of BBQ twisties
- 1 mini packet of chilli potatoe chips
- 1 can of chrysanthemum

Dinner:
- 1 small cupcake
- 1 big packet of cheese rings

Supper:
- 1 cup tom yum instant noodle
- 1 can of coke

Pump room and movie!

I have decided that pump room is my favourite night spot of all times. I LOVE the band! They are simply great and the crowd is good! Although got harm-sarp men and bouncer also la....but all will be fine as we know how to protect ourselves...

Had a great time with Poh Poh and Diana on Friday night. Thanks gals for keeping me company till the time Elaine and I meet for the movie. X-man Wolverine was an alright movie I guess. I am not very into cartoons, machines, aliens, men-turned animals kind of movies but I guess the men-turned animals kind and cartoons are better than machines and aliens if I had to choose.

For those who do not know yet, the types of movies that I like are - suspense, chilling horror (not cheap thrill kind), mystery, detective and robbers, good comedy (not those cheap thrill kind too).

The next movie I want to watch is 'The Taking of Pelham'! And I am waiting for the next night out with the gals! Want to return to Pump Room and also to the push cart near Pump Room that sells nice hand-stitched stuff. I want to buy the black and red flower design organiser cover!

Another very belated!

Audrey texted me on saturday saying that my birthday present is still with her. Hmmm...not bad! 2 months later still have present!

What can be better than 睡到自然醒， home-cooked spaghetti for brunch, body spa/scrub/massage at subtle senses in the afternoon and then gym in the evening?!

Still waiting for Elaine to reply if she would want to go for dinner at Aston Specialities at Cathy after gym!

Totally K.O from 3pm to 5pm in office yesterday. Slept on my table like a log and can even dream lor. Gosh, the medicine is really potent.

Not too bad today because I only took the muscle relaxant yesterday night. Decided to give up on the rest of the medicine already.

Watched this with Elaine at Cathy last week. Good show! Must watch! Just realised that it's from the same producer as The Ring. I've never watched and don't think I would like The Ring, but this show is different!

Re-connected!

I finally made an appointment for spa/massage treatment at Subtle Senses. Have not been there for the longest time. Luckily package do not have expiry date!

So this friday I am going for facial at my beautician's; then subtle senses on next monday. Have not decided what spa/massage for monday.

Ay?! Ay?! and more Ays....

Went to office this morning for my pee-ass-r interview and to submit another pss-ass-r report. Got several 'ay...thought you on MC?'

Actually wanted to work whole day but the ays made me think maybe I should be more considerate since it's the swine flu period. Although tension like headache and giddiness are not contagious :D

So I was out of office by 12.30pm. Postponed the combat at bee-bee-h to next week and felt bad as Sabby had to take over my coaching role for inn-duck-tion last minute.

Anyway, did not regret the decision because started to feel groggy again around 1pm....must be the medicine and the heavy brunch - Machicken and Koi! Koi was unplanned and had to take the Machicken because had to eat before taking medicine.

Plonked right into bed without changing out of my clothes when I reached home. Slept but still felt groggy afterwards. Wa, think I must not take all the medicine tomorrow. Will only take the muscle relaxant. Ya muscle relaxant also comes in pill form. Amazing hor?!

I'm finally on MC...

2 days MC.

Doctor said it was tension-like headache. He felt my back and neck and said all the muscles there were tensed up and hence led to the headache, giddiness and nausea. He even asked if someone pissed me off recently! Haha...I thought that was funny....:D He also said to off handphone tomorrow and do nothing but rest.

Well, already had to do alot of cancellation of appointments today. If still MC tomorrow I'll be more stressed. Sigh.....

That's what my day looks like tomorrow:
- pss-ass-r interview in the morning
- coach inn-duck-tion in K-ourt in the afternoon
- conduct combat at bee-bee-h at night

Basic Manners

I was wearing my shoes so I placed my towel and locker key on the dressing table. This lady (stupid woman!) plonked her clothes - bra and undies and all, nearly right on top of my towel and key!! Best of all, she can still give the innocent look and pretended as if nothing happened!!! !"£$%^&

How come still got people don't know what is basic manners?!

I nearly burst my head...

Yeah..that described the intensity of the headache last night.

Suddenly had headache halfway through JW's pump class. Had to struggle to finish the class. After that, went to the counter to get 2 panadols. Luckily they have.

Had actually intended to jog because some weird instructor took over Cal's class but decided against it; because I generally hate to jog and because Alvin and Jeff came for class. So thought I should not make my life difficult, hence ended up attending the weird instructor's class. Weird she indeed is. Even at the bathroom she remained weird.

Oh well, struggled through class without much energy although headache was not so intense after popping the pills.

The INTENSE headache came at night. Could not sleep and had to take 2 more panadols at 12am - had to make sure it was 4 hours after the first dose. Think my brain spoil liao...from the hot weather and piles of work. Oh yesh, did I say I have been chosen for I-Ass-O re-cert?! Do I need to ask why?

Miserable week ahead...

Cal's not around the whole week;

Got to work late at bee-bee-h on 4 consecutive tuesdays for 1 month;

Another short week at work because thursday got event - not that it's not good but no office/desk time to clear work lor!

Some weird instructor's taking over Cal's class on monday evening. So shall skip that and only go for JW's class and jog.

Still don't know who's taking over for wednesday.

Friday - Regina and Ema are taking over. Not all that fantastic but still ok as they've stood in for Cal's classes before.

But happy that Joel's taking over Cal's class during tuesday lunch, so I'll go to the gym first before going to bee-bee-h this tuesday. Don't usually attend class on tuesday lunch except if I was nearby for work. But will go since this tuesday evening cannot attend JW's classes.

I finally bought it!!

Dehydration...>.<'''

Woke up feeling really dehydrated this morning, after 2 consecutive nights of alcohol. And it's only 2 drinks per session lor...gosh..really cannot imagine the amount of harm alcohol can do to the body. Also cannot imagine how some people can party and drink every week.

Then again, alcohol seems to have a different effect when drank at home in the day/evening; at least for me. I don't get dehydrated although I always drink bacardi, beer, wine, Sheridan's Coffee Layered Liqueur or Baileys.

Maybe it's the music + alcohol = the effect.

Hmm.....

Steamboat Dinner!

Had steamboat dinner at Isaac's on labour day! Had great fun gathering, screaming about things, bitching, bluffing people etc etc!

Most importantly had great company! - Kat, Siew Ling, Selina, David, Isaac and me! We decided that we must 'take attendance' - meaning note down who was around, because we had great pains remembering who came during the last round of steamboat at Isaac's! We are all old liaoz....poor memory!!

Ok we sort of decided the next round would be at my house in Jun, since all of them have not come to my house before except for Kat. Just nice!!
