Calvin just informed that he would no longer be teaching body pump class with effect from Nov!! :((
He opted out because he has 4 other types of classes to teach...sigh..sian. Hope whoever takes over his classes is/are good. Joel, Jenny or Junwei (co-incidentally 3 Js!!) would be the best choices!

Treatment 13 Sep 2010

It's blue this time...I like the colour :P
It was painful when the orthodontist tighten each tooth, but it was only for that instant. It was also not very painful to bite food.
Started to wonder if I am normal since alot of people said it would be painful. Then again, I think it was because my teeth still had space to move, since I extracted 2 teeth. I think the pain would come when the gaps have closed! Just like when I had the separators before extraction!
Anyway, it is amazing how the teeth had shifted. The gaps from the extractions are really closing up...amazing :))

Half day JB trip!
We left office at 1230pm. Our first stop was lunch...prawn noodle and cuttlefish kangkong :)

Our after lunch, before dinner, a-break-from-shopping tim sum :) I must say the food is yummy!

Our tour guides!

Seafood dinner! We had butter prawn, sambal kangkong, sweet and sour pork, steam fish..forgot to take picture before we chomped down the food!
We ordered crab too but it was still NOT ready after we finished eating all the food stated above..look at the lonely mantou still waiting to be eaten :P
Apparantly the restuarant forgot that it was a Malaysia Public Holiday and they allowed some of their staffs day-off. Ended up they only have 1 chef cooking crabs...

Candy had to eat the mantou without the crab gravy :(

While I ate mine with sambal chilli!

We cancelled the crab and ordered 虾婆 instead. While waiting for the 虾婆 to be served, we saw many plates of crabs being served to other tables..suddenly all the crab orders were ready..yeah after we cancelled our order..bleah...
Nevermind, the 虾婆 was good anyway :)
And dinner was damn cheap! Less than $20 per person!

My loot after few hours of shopping :) And we went to Jusco only :P Next time must go for a full day trip and target another/other shopping centre/s!
Candy and I ended up buying the same stuff, of different colours except for the black heels! Hee!
Transport back to Singapore was convenient too! Hong Hong dropped us at the Malaysian Custom. After that we took a bus to the Singapore Customs. Had to alight at Singapore Customs to check our passport, then I board the same bus again that brought me to Bugis. It only costs RM$2.50, and the journey from Singapore Customs to Bugis took less than 30 mintues. Candy took a cab from Singapore Customs since she was so near home.
JB half day trip, 成功!! :))
