Today's combat is really high and 劲爆到不行！！ Cal = natural high!!
JW and Fernie came for class too and it was fun with them around la!
Really punished myself at gym today because I ate too much today! Attended pump and combat then ran for another 40 mins!
Pengz right thereafter!! Wahaha....
Ay but came back still can blog leh...haha...so not too bad la!!!
