It was 13th Aug, but not a Friday.
First, hubby sms-ed me during lunch to say that he got into an accident in the morning. Got some cuts on the limbs but bike needed to be sent for repair.
Second, my dad called close to 9pm saying that he was at SGH/A&E.
Background story:
He had been complaining of breathlessness so I told him to inform the doctor when he went to the Urology Department for checkup on his pancreas. So the doctor gave him a referral letter to the polyclinic then the polyclinic doctor referred him to the A&E.
I reached A&E around 10 plus. Waited till 330am to be registered for admission. Bloody hell. They needed 5.5 hours to register 12 patients before my dad!! I was still waiting at the registration area even after my dad had gotten a ward! I really could not understand the reason behind the long waiting time. Can somebody enlighten me please?!
My dad could be discharged the next day after the doctor saw him in the morning. He called me at 1030am to tell that. I reached SGH at 1230pm, and again had to wait till 2pm for the doctor to discharge him!! Then we went to the pharmacy to collect his medicine and we had to wait another 40 minutes!!!! There were only 2 other patients before us!! 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!! How efficient!!
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.............vomit blood!
I think polyclinics maybe more efficient then them!
