To occupy my thoughts

Cooked over the weekend to occupy my thoughts and time...not that I have alot of time la, got work to do, but where on earth got mood to do work siah???































Black pepper steak with mushroom sauce.
Sweet and sour seafood salad.













Seafood Tom Yum soup
Luncheon meat
Egg with chinese sausage
Egg with frank sausage
Luncheon with fries and baked beans

Anyway I am amazed by the amount of oil that luncheon meat produced. I never even add 1 drop of oil lor, and my frying pan got oil after frying it....free oil...

Ya lor, even corned beef all these, no need to put oil, just place the stuff on the pan and watch the oil ooze out. Good for my waistline.
