They dumbed 4 transfer files on me this morning (or I suspect last night sneakily after I left office) Damn foul mood lor. I always wonder what is the use of feedback when they don't listen at all lor. And one of the case have not been seen for 1 month. PO has not been signed and has multiple issues lor. What the hell.
I wanted to say my piece to that person but couldn't find her later in the afternoon. Shall do it on Monday! Cannot tahan ar!

What to do, work is work.
We work to go for holidays and buy ourselves nice things and service the damn housing loan.
Which is why i say, if i'm gonna have to put up with shit anyway, might as well hop to a place that pays me more. Pay me more, i can put up with more shit.
Of course I understand work is work lor. But I just simply don't understand why ask for feedback when they are not intending to listen. For show? Or make themselves feel better that they are asking?!

So that they can look "democratic", so that they can say "We sought feedback and we value it (as much as we value crap)".

Anyway i considering moving back to banking and working for ex boss. Now seeing if they can meet my "price".
