The in-turns would be leaving at the end of the week. Although it's been tiring managing/supervising their work at times and initially, it helps that they became better as time passed :). It's the last week, hopefully they can maintain their improved 'standard'! :))
Last week, they asked me if we felt that they were a bother. Apparantly they felt that from one of the supervisors. Well, I am glad that I am not the one they were referring to and that they found it comfortable enough to share this with me.
Anyway, much as I wished I did not have to supervise any in-turns, I think I will still miss them. This always happens...:)
