Baked this for the in-turns on Sunday night.
I replaced the gelatine with agar agar powder as gelatine is unhealthy.
Unfortunately the cake did not set properly. I think it was because of the missing gelatine. Chilling it did not help too so I decided to freeze it. But it melt very fast once it was out of the freezer.
Sigh, next time would not replace any ingredients la. Should just not use the recipe if I did not like the ingredients they used.
