I realized that bosses from other branches and divisions are also the same. I'm not writing this sentence after 1 encounter but after 3 very recent and different encounters with 3 different bosses. 2 did not read (obviously because I always put return receipt) my emailSSSS and of course did not reply and 1 replied but very evidently did not seriously read and remember the content of the email and her reply to me.
Today at the meeting, the biggest boss asked something. So since I had submitted my homework to the boss, naturally the boss should answer right? But no. The boss looked at me and I looked at her too lor. Because I was not sure if she was going to answer and I should not over-step her authority by answering right?
So we big eyes stare small eyes more than 5 seconds (I have the bigger and more beautiful eyes of course). She err err a few times, so no choice I got to answer lor! Made it seemed like I never submit my homework to her so she got no answer lor. Biang....
Why huh? Once people reached a certain level they become more inapt at simple things like reading, replying and remembering emails is it? We have a standard to reply external emails within a standard amount of days. But hey what about your internal customers huh???
