I had decided to go for the treatment. At least to get the referral letter to the dentist first, or so I thought :)
Orthodontist put separators between the upper and lower molars to create spaces for the metal hook to be capped onto the teeth. The wire would be hooked on these later.
1st payment made. There was no turning back now.
Referral letter for dentist to remove 2 upper first premolars also given.
Initially I thought this consultation was to obtain the referral letter. But no! Separators in and 1st payment made. No turning back now.
Good la, a decision had been made, at least :)
Went KTV with Elaine and Liling after treatment. Felt uncomfortable to have an alien object in between the teeth but did not feel much pain. Did not feel pain during dinner too, possibly because we ate porridge and not much chewing was required! Haha...
Pain started to set in when chewing on the 2nd day, but still bearable.
The pain on the 3rd day was bad! Could not eat solid food :( Only had chocolate sundae for lunch..haha...
