Made a new pair of contact lens sometime back. Went for the required checkup 2 weeks later and I complained that I still could not see clearly, especially faces still appeared blur in enclosed places.
They re-examined my eyes said that they would have to increase the degree on both sides. It would be a 1 to 1 exchange without any cost :)
