Pyramid training

Calvin did this pyramid training whereby we will add on more weights half-way into the track. He did it for the bicep track yesterday.

Almost died la.....

Anyway I recently had courage to add on another kg each side for the leg track. I was carrying 8.5kg each side then and he kept saying that should increase to 10kg each side because it's the big muscle group. 哇可不要小看这两个小小的 1kg donut....it really make a significant difference lor...>.<|||. Ok anyway I am still 0.5kg short of target on each side. 加油吧!

Currently I am carrying 2.5kg each side for bicep and tricep. I hope to be able to add on another kg each side in another 2 months' time. For chest, I am currently carrying 5kg each side and hope to add on another kg each side in 1 month's time. 加油吧。

Feel kindda sad and depressed to think that gym-ing might not be possible in another year's time.....
