I have taken a liking to examining my poo recently...I got the 'inspiration' from Marcus' shit stick (massage stick with a shit face :P. Post pics of that later....)
I found out that some food like corn, cai xin, bean sprouts, spring onions, chilli, chilli seeds, watermelon seeds, lady's finger, vermicelli (dang hoon) and peanuts are harder to disgust and they are passed out in the biten form of what went into the stomache! :P Especially corn, they do not 'deform' even after 2 days in the digestive system!!
Hmmm...is there something wrong with me or is this normal? Ayo, anyone want to examine their poo then compare notes?!
