I tried a semi fruit diet yesterday!
I had yogurt for breakfast and banana, jackfruit and guava for lunch. By 5pm I was already very hungry! Ate a wholemeal bread and then another around 6pm as needed energy because going to the gym. The night ended with berry tea at Coffee Club.
Healthy hor? But very difficult to maintain leh! Let's see how long I can maintain.
By the way, I will only have the semi-fruit diet on weekdays. Weekends must give myself a break!
