Passed by Raffles Hotel earlier and went in to use the washroom. After I came out of the cubicle the cleaner lady went in to replace one of the two toilet paper rolls (the cubicle has 2 toilet paper dispensers) although both rolls still had about a quarter roll of toilet paper left.
To my horror, she threw away the unused quarter roll of toilet paper into the dustbin! I thought I saw wrongly so as I opened the main door to get out, I purposely peered into the dustbin. The unused quarter roll of toilet paper was RIP-ing there......SO WASTEFUL!!!!!
