Guilty and Convicted?

I did not go to the gym today. Instead I went for manicure and pedicure at Bishan with Elaine.

My mitigation:
1. Thursday was not my planned gym day but I wanted to bring May and Amelia. They could not make it at the last minute.
2. My legs are aching damn bad because of monster Jun Wei and monster Calvin.
3. I went on tuesday and wednesday, and would be going again tomorrow.
4. I am now free on saturday afternoon and hence can go swim.
5. I wanted to do my nails for the longest time but always did not have time for it.
6. I admitted I got abit lazy but I felt guilty you know....
7. I am actually quite demoralised by the lack of weight loss, although many people said it is normal at the initial stage.
8. I am still coughing abit *cough cough*.

So, am i guilty and convicted?
