Can sum up today's hotflow yoga class in one word - 'horrendous'!
Not the instructor not the class but me!! I am so inflexible lor! No time to see the rest of the class but at least the gal standing in front of Kat was so good lor! Not to mention the instructor, HE is damn flexible la! (Yes instructor is a HE! Put me to shame!)
Wait! Maybe it's the class! Because the instructor did alot more of difficult moves this time. I did not remember it to be so difficult the first time I went!!
Nevermind, will try again next time!!
